Nicole Atkins’ fifth LP, Italian Ice, came out last year to considerable praise. And ahead of a reworking of that album, Memphis Ice, dropping in December, the New Jersey–born singer-songwriter opened for Spoon on Saturday night at Brooklyn Steel.
